I worked out with Randy, and he is knowledgeable about the human body. For sure he is a lively person who knows his stuff and is willing to share information! I think he is a good teacher. He explains the moves and demonstrates them. He never rolled his eyes at me if I didn’t catch on after the first explanation of an exercise, so he’s patient. He encourages you to ask questions and he asks questions to make sure that you know which muscles you’re working out according to each exercise. For some exercises, at first I wasn’t feeling that muscle or group of muscles. I’d say, “I’m not feeling anything. Is this area where I’m supposed to be feeling anything? I feel it over here and not where I’m supposed to." Then he would tell me what adjustments to make and what I should be feeling according to that adjustment. He would demonstrate again. He made sure I knew what I was doing. I could feel that he was spotting and assessing what I could do during each session, and he would challenge me just the right amount. I never threw up, but I’d feel the workout after each session.
Randy is enthusiastic about health and he wants others to be healthy and it shows in his demeanor! He’s a straightforward guy and I like that!
Truly a professional! I've worked out with several trainers in the past but none like this. Randy at V-body challenges you with different styles of workouts and circuits, and his philosophies on proper training are 2nd to none.
This isn't one of those "corporate gym training sessions" where they just have you lift weights. This is a full body ass-kicking that will leave you feeling like you've just had the best workout of your life. I thought I was in pretty good shape until I worked out here and realized my weaknesses and am already seeing improvements in just a couple sessions.
I highly recommend V-body and "Fit Fury" to anyone looking for an intense training session with a laid back feel.

Knowledge, charisma, & PROFESSIONALISM at its best. I couldn't be more thankful to Randy for helping my teenage daughter thru an emotional & physical brick wall she was hitting. He took the added time out his day to see her through an exercise she felt was impossible. There were lots of tears and complaining because she just couldn't believe herself capable of powering herself mentally or physically thru this exercise. But he was soo encouraging and patient she achieved the impossible. A great breakthrough moment for her and for me as a parent to witness. She has made great strides since then. I have also begun to train with him 2x a week to reach my own personal goals. I feel and see the difference in my body and ability. I highly recommend him an added bonus is that he offers very affordable package deals to work with any budget.
*Milestone Moment.* Back in Oct I visited my friend Fit Fury and told him I wanted to start training with him to achieve a pull-up before my birthday. He told me, "Liz no worries you'll be banging out pull-ups before your birthday." Guess what?!?! Lots of @$$ kickin workouts and determination and he helped me achieve just that. 2 years of assisted pull-ups and negatives to no avail. I thought i would never strengthen my wrists enough from my carpal tunnel to progress. Just goes to show you what proper instruction and lots of determination ANYTHING is possible. NEVER EVER give up on your goals! EVER. No matter how slow your progress is. Believe. Commit. Succeed. Thank you Randy for being an awesome trainer.
Randy is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I have been working out with Randy for over one month and each session we have is more challenging than the last. He directs each workout to further my fitness goals and ensures that I am not overworked to the point of injury. His sessions are reasonably priced and most importantly, they are fun! Seriously, my Monday workout with Randy is one of the highlights of my week. Highly recommended!
I have taken a fair amount of classes in different disciplines throughout the years and I become bored when the routine becomes rote. So when I went searching for a class I knew it had to be challenging and innovative, while aiding in my quest to build muscle, endurance and all around fitness. In comes Vbody Power Fitness and the boot camp he offers. Here I discovered that functional training matched my needs and personality. Not only are the classes challenging they are fun. Randy is a great teacher and is an effective communicator as it pertains to explaining how a move should be performed and how it will ultimately benefit you. I have more endurance, strength and musculature. As a female, I am always challenged by Randy who is motivating, encouraging and positive. Just a beginner, getting back into the fitness game or need an alternative exercise due to a preexisting injury? No worries Vbody Power Fitness takes your needs into consideration and has dozens of alternative exercises you can do that are just as challenging but safe. Have a fitness question for Randy? Besides being incredibly fit and an expert in his field, Randy is personable, approachable and humble so you can go to him without fear or hesitancy. Give him a look! You won't be sorry!
Randy's Circuit of Fury bootcamp is just was the Doctor ordered!!
The workout is hard but completely doable. He has shown me that I am able to do more than when I first started. I brought my parents who are in their 60's and they made it thru the entire workout as well. He is great for EVERYONE no matter what physical shape or limitations you may have.
I WOULD LIKE TO SHOW SOME LOVE TO MY PERSONAL TRAINER RANDY (Fit Fury WHO IS A BEAST. BUT WHEN I CAME TO HIM OVER A YEAR AGO MY KNEES WERE A WRECK AND EXTREMELY OVER WEIGHT. NOW I WENT FROM A SIZE 22 TO A SIZE 14 STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS AND I RAN 2 MARATHONS THIS YEARS AND PARTLY BECAUSE OF THIS MAN. EVERYONE WHO KNOW ME KNOWS THAT GOD GETS THE MOST CREDIT. I have trained with various trainers with results. However, sustained results is what I was after when I started training with Randy and his bootcamp class. In less than 6 weeks, I have dropped 3 inches off my waist line and 2 inches off my hips!!!! The exercises are challenging yet doable. With Randy's recommended eating plan and personal training, I can only imagine the weight loss success I will achieve. I look forward to the challenge over the next several months as I continue to train with Randy and Vbody Power Fitness. Whew whoo!!!!!

So I signed up for the Abs class which is held twice a week at the EMC RTP Fitness Center. I’ve been doing this class for about a year now, and my abs and core have strenghtened to the point that my back issues are barely noticeable. The abs class is phenomenal and Randy is great at introducing new exercises weekly. Also, he is great at motivating everyone in the class to work out hard at their own level and get the best workout they can. You’re missing out big time if you’re not participating!!!

Randy has been a huge help in the goal of keeping me in shape. His workouts and suggestions have made a big difference in my fitness. He is always able to come up with new ways of working the same muscles, which keep them guessing as to what is going to happen next. I would highly recommend using him as a personal trainer or just for workout advice.
