This can be done in your own home without any weight. The situp to standing up move is a great functional training move involving the entire core! When I saw this I was excited to put one together myself I look up tornado balls online and they are pretty expensive! I will put one together with a ten pound slam ball instead of a basketball video coming soon, but until then check this out!
