This fitness workout are good for me, because of the slightness, which I felt after this exercises. Especially I like upper body workout, because than I don't feel back pain. Thanks for sharing.

Working out is one of my hobby. Especially when summer is near. I make sure that I have three hours of working out per day. It includes my cardio and weight lifting. I often do squats whenever I do my abdominal work out. Thank you for sharing this.
