Push ups are commonly used as a strength building exercise. it is one the easiest exercise movement. Women often prefer performing push ups to performing other weight lifting, stretching or cardiovascular exercises that would help them get the same results. My sister wants to challenge me to do a push up training every morning. I know that push ups helps me to exercise the chest, abdominal and lower back while building strength in the quadriceps, eliminating my need to perform a wide variety of other exercises. It allows me to stretch back.

Oh yeah! It is a complex exercise that helps you to keep the body in the form of a pull up
