This workout is knee friendly and will help shape the butt, inner and outer part of thigh, and hips! The moves are simple however you will find they really wake up the muscle and give them a big challenge for beginners to advance depending on how much you push the pace!!! The summer is near and I'm going to fix my thighs up. Thanks a lot for sharing this. I hope, if I will make this exercises three times a week - shape of my inner and outer part of thighs will be nice.
