Learning to respond and not react when some makes you angry is very important! When you are angry your judgement is clouded and immediate retaliation in the heat of the moment can leave you in a world of regret! For example: When you on the road and someone cuts you off and you speed after them and try to retaliate by cutting them off or cursing them out! Learn not react and fly after them you could cause an accident, get a speed ticket in the process, or the person you chasing could have a gun!
